Not only is henna or mehndi gorgeous it creates an amazing texture that is absolutely tactile. Some of the things I love in fashion and design are color and texture. With this paisley design, I tried to capture both of those characteristics. This piece really captures the essence of mehndi Indian motifs and the color palette lends itself to a modern bohemian wedding stationery suite.
This Henna wedding stationery set can be customized with colors and wording and is shown in grey and yellow. Comes with unprinted white envelopes, and I suggest labeling your envelopes with a custom rubber stamp.

Yay! Snail Mail Goodies!
This week has been a busy one and today I got to ship out some goodies. I shipped all over! From California, to Chicago, to Conneticut and then Canada! C – C – C – C! {Sorry, I love patterns!} It was great, I shipped Goldfish Thank You Cards, a Henna Wedding Sample and then Personalized Peacock Stationery! Phew! I loved EVERY MINUTE of it.

I have long had an obsession with Indian motifs, ranging from the traditional patterns, designs and colors. The colors look so vibrant and rich. Colors like golds, burnt oranges, reds, browns and black accents. If I could I would accent everything with gold! To me, it reminds me of my family’s culture. The way gold looks against tan skin is so exotic that I feel it instantly makes anything or anyone look sexy. Here are some images that have inspired my first ready-made wedding package. Henna.
