{Custom} Gold, Silver & Pewter Baroque Invitations

Lynette came to me wanting a Rehearsal dinner invitation for her daughter’s wedding in Napa. She wanted it to be very baroque inspired with hues of gold, silver & pewter. She wanted a vintage look & feel that was very classic. She was also inspired by a sort of dreamy mirror effect. The invitation turned out beautifully when printed on the metallic card stock and we printed envelopes to match with a gorgeous digital calligraphy font.

We then worked on custom menu cards in two versions. One for the adults and a few for the children that would be attending. For the event we also created custom monogrammed moire luncheon napkins in gold with silver imprint. They looked fabulous!

After the dinner elements were complete, Ashley knew she wanted me to design some custom thank you cards. We incorporated the monogram “V” used on the menu cards and combined it all in a rich pewter printed on a natural white cotton paper and envelopes to match. The complete set was unified and carried the theme throughout.

I am playing around with my lovely new Canon camera (thanks Mom!) and I took some new photos of some existing product. I think they really capture the beauty of the cards better. Everyone always tells me they look so gorgeous in person, which leads me to think my pictures need some help! Here are some of those new photos.

These pictures are just beautiful, but please let me know what you think!
