{Styled Chic} Branding Tip No. 6
Repetition is key. Research has proven this.
Research has also suggested consumers must encounter your brand seven to twelve times before they’re ready to purchase.
So put yourself in front of your target audience over & over again. Repetition is key!

{Inspiration} Elli Pop: Nostalgic Relief
If you utter the word wallpaper to someone they might shutter with memories of the past and remember the horrible patterns that wallpaper consisted of. You might, however, remember my post on Harlequin | Harris that I did in December. I love wallpaper and done right, it can do wonders for a room. Elli Pop is another one of those companies that offers unique designs with a modern color palette. Check these out.

They offer both patterned pieces and wall stickers.

Don’t like the wallpaper, but love the pattern? Get the fabric and liven up any room. The key is to not mix too many patterns or elements. Either have wallpaper paired more subtle colors surrounding the room or patterned materials like the pillow against solid backgrounds.

Either way, this wallpaper is done right!
{Inspiration} Rock Chic–POPs of Color
My wardrobe tends to lean more towards blacks, solids and muted colors. I am not really drawn towards wearing too many colors at once. For instance, I have a gorgeous red blouse, but I usually pair it with black or grey tones. I never throw in more color; it’s just not my style. Adding texture is definitely an option and more probable for me. Oh yes, I la la love texture. I simply adore random POPs of color or interest. Things that aren’t overbearing and loud or feel crowded. Wearing all black with a pair of red shoes could not excite me more! The contrast is so striking it creates a delicious visual. Clear rock chic sophistication. Yum-my.
This fashion spreads does a great job of adding random pops of color with the florals.
Bring any room to life with random pops of color. I love this vibrant earthy feel, don’t you?
