{Entertaining} Confetti System: Modern Piñatas & Garlands for Parties
When I came across Confetti System, I instantly felt like I needed to throw a party & fast! These adorable pinata’s are just to die for! Nicholas Andersen & Julie Ho are the talented duo behind this genius collaboration. They create beautiful festive objects that undeniably encourage the audience to interact with them. The idea of breaking into these gems, however, seems like the last thing on my mind…but, as with any suggested piñata, these better be filled with fabulous treats!
Take a look at some of my favorites.
They also do these really fantastic garlands. These would be perfect for any event, but I am thinking they are a must have for a New Year’s Eve bash this year. Definitely!
What do you think? Would you love to have these at your next bash? Check out Confetti System to purchase.
{Window Display} Carly Rae Weddings & Events – Rustic Burlap and Lace Inspiration
When we work on a new window display for Studio 404 Weddings, everyone gets excited. It’s a chance to really explore some fun ideas that might be a recent trend or pushing the boundaries of new ideas for any wedding or event. For our September window, we asked Carly of Carly Rae Weddings & Events if she wanted to be on board & she was definitely excited to start! When we met with Carly to discuss the concept, we knew it would be fantastic to see it all come to life. Her concept started with burlap & lace. The contrast of the neutral whites & natural burlap looked great when paired with the gorgeous pops of pink & peach from the ribbon & flowers.
Charla of Charla Blue Photography created these crafty burlap ribbon montages that held several of her photos in a gorgeous flowing strip!
Carly created these adorable pom doilies that floated lightly above everything. She then wrapped some burlap ribbon & satin peach ribbon around the cake & tulle backdrop to really add some pop of color & softness to juxtapose against the burlap. So adorable! The doilies were then attached to the burlap table-cloth to bring it all together.
Tulle curtains in satin peach ribbon bow ties. Details details!
Monica had this fabulous lace printed kraft wrapping paper that we used to wrap some gift boxes as additional props that everyone still can’t get enough of. Charla added some fantastic white ornate picture frames that were all different & bold to showcase some of her wedding photography. The final touch was this insanely gorgeous vintage brooch bouquet by Amy! Loads of peach & gold, you just have to see this one in person.
Everyone in the studio contributed to the subtle, but beautiful, hidden gems that make this window display really flow. Amy of Bride & Bloom Flowers brought in small luggage props, and some fantastic vintage clear glass bottles to use as vases for the flowers that just brought the whole thing to life. Can you spot the rustic horse head? Yup! Another hidden gem.
Carly truly put together a fantastic window display! You’ll have to stop by Studio 404 Weddings (our Long Beach wedding studio) to see it for yourself (& pick up Carly’s card!). Don’t forget to come in & say ‘hello’!
{Custom} Plumeria Wedding Invitation in Chocolate Brown, Sage Green and Fuchsia
Megan came across our Custom Collection plumeria flower design for Beverly & Tim and fell in love.
Using chocolate-brown, sage green and fuchsia colors – we created a personalized set just for Megan & David.
Beautiful Plumeria flowers create a gorgeous touch to this custom wedding stationery set. Digitally printed on white card stock. The color palette of green, chocolate-brown and white plumeria flowers with a fuchsia center go together in a wonderfully blended harmony! While the wedding invitation had a deep sage-green background, the RSVP card focused on a crisp white background that really allowed the sage-green and fuchsia text to pop!
